摘要:
在對現有鈦合金鉆桿特點及其國內外發展現狀和特殊區塊鉆井難點分析的基礎上,提出了全鈦合金鉆桿(接頭、管體均為鈦合金材質)制造技術的研究,采用摩擦焊接技術完成了全鈦合金鉆桿的制造,測試了全鈦合金鉆桿抗拉強度、抗內壓強度、抗扭強度。試驗結果表明:全鈦合金鉆桿的抗拉、抗扭、抗內壓性能參數達到了同規格105(G)級鋼制鉆桿性能參數水平。
Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of titanium alloy drill pipe and its development status at home and abroad as well as the difficulties of drilling in special blocks, the manufacturing technology research of full titanium alloy drill pipe (The joint and tube are all made by titanium alloy) was put forward. Friction welding technology was used to manufacture the full titanium alloy drill pipe. Tensile strength, internal compressive strength and torsional strength of the full titanium alloy drill pipe were tested. The results indicated that the tensile strength, internal compressive strength and torsional strength of full titanium alloy drill pipe reached 105 (G) level of steel drill pipe performance parameters.
